Is there a minimum order for a custom leather jacket?
No. You can order a single custom jacket or a bulk run for a team, event, or company — pricing simply scales with quantity.
How long does a custom leather jacket take to make?
Most custom orders ship within 3-4 weeks of design approval. Bulk and heavily personalized orders may take longer.
Can I see a sample before it's made?
You'll receive a digital mockup for approval before production begins. Physical pre-production samples are available for bulk orders.
Can you add my logo or artwork?
Yes. We support embroidery, leather patches, and printed graphics for logos, names, and custom artwork on any placement.
Are custom jackets returnable?
Because each piece is made to your specification, custom jackets aren't returnable, but we handle fit alterations under our custom order policy.
